Increase Auto Approval Rates

To Increase Auto-Acceptance Rates of Buyers to 98%+ please follow the below suggestions.

1. Use Sprinque Business Search

Sprinque offers a single API for you to search for a business across 50 countries. Using the Sprinque search API increases the chances of auto-approval. Entering the business manually instead of using the search API will push the business for manual review. If you do not see your buyer their business coming through as part of our search API, please let us know at [email protected] and we will discuss how we can optimize for improved auto acceptance rates.

If the business was selected from the Sprinque search API please add credit_bureau_id to the buyer registration payload. More on this.

In any case, the buyer will always have the control to enter their details manually - please make sure that the buyer provides their business registration number and full legal company name. This will ensure that the buyer will still be able to get assessed and validated correctly.

2. Shipping Address

We request you to pass the shipping address of the order while registering the Business with Sprinque. This helps us make a better risk assessment of the buyer and increase the chances for auto acceptance. Here you can find out how to implement it.

3. IP Address

We request you to pass the IP address of the device while registering the Business with Sprinque. This helps us make a better risk assessment of the buyer and increase the chances for auto acceptance.

Please pass the IPv4 or IPv6 IP address as part of the metadata fields in the Register Buyer, Authorisation, and Capture API calls. Here is a sample of how we expect you to send this information -

4. OTP Verification

Chances of business approval drastically increase when the business user has verified their email address through an OTP to their email address. To enable this, merchants need to integrate to 2 additional APIs to generate and verify the OTP with Sprinque.

NOTE: A minimum of 30 seconds need to pass before you can request to resend another OTP, ie generate an OTP again.

We always recommend that the buyer validates an email with the domain that is linked to their business or the email address that was provided to the chamber of commerce when registering their company. This will make sure that the user and their email have been correctly submitted and will increase the change for the auto-acceptance of your buyer.
